Pablo is a highly skilled highway engineer with experience leading infrastructure projects across South Florida, from Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation (RRR) initiatives to complex interchange improvements. His deep understanding of transportation systems makes him a trusted leader in delivering innovative, efficient solutions.
As a Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certified professional, Pablo has played a key role in some of South Florida’s most complex design-build projects for clients like FDOT Districts 4 and 6, GDX, and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. His work includes major infrastructure improvements such as the SR 836 Widening (83628) and I-95 at Spanish River Blvd., two of the region’s most technically demanding projects. Pablo is dedicated to delivering each project with precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to enhancing the region’s infrastructure.

​​Natalie has a comprehensive background in roadway design, with experience spanning major arterials, freeways, and interchanges across South Florida. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, contributing to a wide range of transportation projects.
As an Engineer of Record, she has led projects from roundabout designs to complex limited-access interchange reconstructions. In her role as FDOT District Roadway Design Engineer, she managed design teams, overseeing project coordination, technical reviews, and ensuring compliance with transportation standards.
Natalie has also advanced design criteria and streamlined processes within transportation agencies, fostering innovation and improving project delivery. Her deep understanding of FDOT procedures makes her a valuable asset in delivering efficient, effective solutions.
