Pablo Bielecki, PE, MBA | Pablo has over 21 years of experience in highway design and has participated in dozens of projects in South Florida from RRR to complex interchange improvements.
Throughout his career, Pablo held positions as Engineer of Record, Lead Highway Engineer and Project Manager for projects that involved preliminary and final design of both major and minor highways. His expertise includes conceptual and final design, maintenance of traffic, lighting, signalization, and signing and pavement marking and channelization.
Pablo has the professional certification from the Design-Build Institute of America and has participated in some of the most complex Design-Build Projects in South Florida.
Natalie Garganta, PE, | Natalie has over 14 years of experience in management and highway design for all types of projects at FDOT DIstrict 6, where she served as District Roadway Design Engineer before joining Technika..
Natalie participated in some of the most complex highway projects in Miami, including the Alton Road reconstruction and the Golden Glades Interchange Improvements. She also oversaw the internal design group at FDOT District 6, supervising 3 design groups responsible for the design, review and coordination of all type of highway projects.
